At Queen St Flower Co we are aware that every flower delivery is unique. To help us send your flower gift smoothly, during the checkout process you will need to ensure that you need to include all contact details including correct contact phone numbers and provide any special instructions. We can deliver flowers and gifts locally, and to virtually anywhere in Australia and the world, where fresh flowers are available. Naturally, our delivery service is subject to conditions.

Same day delivery within Australia from Monday to Friday is possible as long as the order is placed before 2pm in the recipient’s time zone.
Delivery in Australia on Saturdays is possible as long as the order is placed before 5pm Friday (Melbourne local time)

Delivery within Australia is not guaranteed on Public Holidays, Saturday afternoons or Sundays.

Some areas in some countries (including Australia) are classified as restricted delivery areas. Deliveries to these locations may take up to 48 hours and incur an extra cost.

If you are sending flowers to a residential address, please supply us with the recipient’s:
Full name and phone number
Unit/ Apartment Number including in Street Address
Any special instructions eg Leave the order by the front door of the house
If no one is home on delivery our couriers will leave the flowers/gift in a safe location.
Queen St Flower Co is not responsible if the flowers/gift are damaged or lost once left by our couriers in a place deemed safe.
Please note, if the courier does not deem it safe to leave the order, it will be returned to Queen St Flower Co and to resend, a redelivery fee will apply.
A courier may deem a delivery location unsafe if

There is no sheltered area to leave the goods away from street or public view
There is no access to the building, unit/apartment or no suitable place to leave the delivery
If you are sending flowers to a business address, please supply us with the recipient’s:

Full name and recipient phone number
Name of the Business
Level number
Any special instructions eg Leave at reception, or take to delivery dock
For hospital/nursing home deliveries, please supply us with the recipient’s:

Full name
Ward name or number
Hospital name and full address
Whether the recipient is a patient/resident or part of the staff
Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery direct to any patient or staff member, so specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
We treat funeral orders with the highest of priority.
In order to see the order processed as smoothly as possible please supply the following information in the Address Details or Special Instructions:

Full name of the deceased
Name and address of the funeral home and name and phone number of a relative
Date and time of the funeral
